An adaptation of the RÓA™ Midnight™ Grand, the Baby Grand Chocolate Cake consists of 2 incredibly smooth layers of fluffy dark chocolate sponge, layered with dark chocolate ganache that is lovingly enwrapped with chocolate, real edible gold flakes and Moroccan rosebuds.

RÓA™ Cakes are Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Eggless*.

Using avocados and not butter, brown rice milk, and psyllium husk, RÓA™ cakes are amazingly light on calories. RÓA™ cakes do not contain any animal product.

RÓA™ Midnight™ Baby Grand Chocolate Cake tastes just like a chocolate cake but is much healthier, extremely light and might we say, quite possibly more delicious than the chocolate standard.

 

INGREDIENTS for Baby Grand Original:

fresh avocados, Callebaut NXT dark chocolate, organic brown rice milk (made in house), psyllium husk, molasses, cocoa powder, gluten free flours (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flours), rice bran oil, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder (less than 1% for regular cake versions only)

fresh avocados, orange extract, Callebaut NXT dark chocolate, organic brown rice milk (made in house), psyllium husk, molasses, cocoa powder, gluten free flours (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flours), rice bran oil, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder (less than 1% for regular cake versions only)

INGREDIENTS for Baby Grand Mint:

fresh avocados, mint extract, Callebaut NXT dark chocolate, organic brown rice milk (made in house), psyllium husk, molasses, cocoa powder, gluten free flours (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flours), rice bran oil, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder (less than 1% for regular cake versions only)

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in Fridge (0°C- 4°C) and consume within 5 days or store in Freezer (-12°C & below) and consume within 3 months. For the best experience, we recommend allow the cakes to come to room temperature before serving.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

For the best experience, we recommend allowing the cakes to come to room temperature before serving. Do slice up the cake and follow the instructions below:

Microwave

Microwave the frozen cupcake 1 minute on High OR 20 – 30 seconds on High till middle of cake is soft

Oven / Air Fryer

Put frozen cupcake for 3 – 4 minutes in oven or air fryer till middle of cake is soft.
