Our beloved French Gâteaux Mousse Chocolate Cake is now available in 3 flavours: Chocolat, Mocha and Mocha Rum!

Of noteworthy mention is the top-layer chocolate ganache handmade with NXT Dark Chocolate - Callebaut’s very first NXT dairy-free and 100% plant-based Dark Chocolate. Generously laden with the mousse layer that features a unique concoction of rice and coconut cream, it is enfolded with NXT Dark Chocolate to make this whipped chocolate mousse extra luscious and smooth. You will fall in love with the fluffy and soft cake sponge layer which is known to RÓA’s fans as the signature Midnight™️ chocolate cake sponge.

Lastly, the rich chocolate base layer - velvety smooth with a crunchy texture - imparts a memorably sweet finale to the taste buds, for the young and old alike.

fresh avocados, Callebaut NXT dark chocolate, organic brown rice milk (made in house), psyllium husk, molasses, cocoa powder, gluten free flours (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flours), rice bran oil, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder (less than 1%), rice plant based butter, raw sugar.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in Fridge (below 4°C) and consume within 5 days. Please do not freeze the cake.
