Q1. ARE OUR PRODUCTS ALLERGEN, DIABETIC AND KID FRIENDLY?
Our Midnight Cake was created to be allergen friendly and to suit people of all ages. As a guide, we recommend from age 1 onwards.
It was formulated to be eggless, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free and without honey. We also use a low GI unrefined sugar (molasses) in the recipe so this makes it less sweet and more nutritious. Do note that a small amount of white (vegan) sugar is used, this is needed for stability in our recipe.

Allergen Info: Caffeine (only for chocolate flavoured cakes) and may contain traces of dairy*.
*The couverture dark chocolate used is manufactured in a facility that handles other dairy chocolates
All RÓA™️ Cakes are produced in our own exclusive kitchen to minimise cross contamination. However please note that our products have yet to be lab tested and hence we are unable to certify them ‘100% free from’. We recommend using discretion and if unsure, please refrain from consumption.
Q2. ARE OUR CAKES FULLY VEGAN?
Our cakes are formulated with no animal products at all.
Avocados are used as a fat replacement for butter in all cakes and organic brown rice milk instead of cow’s milk. Psyllium husk is also used instead of eggs.
We take great pains to ensure that all of the sources of ingredients used are 100% vegan. We are extremely proud to announce that even our sugar and chocolate also now come with vegan certifications.
Q3. ARE OUR CAKES HALAL?
Our products are all plant based and where possible, we use 100% Halal-certified ingredients in all our products.
While we do not have the Halal certification ourselves, we assure you that nothing that goes into our products come from a non-Halal source.
Q4. HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
You may place orders by 3PM DAILY for next day's delivery as we bake everything to order (plus avocadoes are temperamental creatures).
*However, we may be able to accommodate same day last minute requests, so do check in with us. You may WhatsApp our Cake Concierge Team @ 8790 4780 to enquire more.
Some of our Cakes do require at least ONE TO TWO WEEKS advance notice due to delicate made to order crafting.
Q5. WHAT ARE OUR DELIVERY CHARGES? (updated as at 02 March 2024)
- With Minimum Purchase $70 (excluding GST) -
- Free Delivery for Weekdays and Saturdays* per address 11am to 6pm
- Specified Time Delivery @ $15.00 per address* between 11am to 6pm with minimum 1 hour window eg. 2pm-3pm
- PH Peak Surcharge Days @ $8.00 per address* 11am to 6pm or as per advised during checkout
- With Purchase below $70 (excluding GST) -
- Weekdays & Saturdays @ $15.00 per address* 11am to 6pm
- Specified Time Delivery @ $25.00 per address* between 11am to 6pm with minimum 1 hour window eg. 2pm-3pm
- PH Peak Surcharge Days @ $18.00 per address* 11am to 6pm or as per advised during checkout
Please note that GST applies for delivery charges.

Q6. HOW TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY?
With minimum purchase of $70 (excluding GST), customers are entitled to Free Delivery for one location. It applies to delivery between 11am to 6pm, NOT applicable to Specified Time Request, Same Day Orders and PH Peak Surcharge Days.
Q7. IS SELF COLLECTION POSSIBLE?
We have moved since 24th September 2022 from Kovan to a commercial production space in Chin Bee Drive and will not longer be able to accommodate store pickups.
