Due to the durability required for longer shoots out, the formulation deviates slightly in texture from our traditional soft and airy cakes. Whilst firmer and drier than our usual, its distinct flavour profile remains a delightful sensation.

couverture dark chocolate, rice cream, coconut milk, fresh avocados, rice bran oil, gluten free flour (corn, rice, potato and tapioca flour), white cane sugar, raw sugar, organic brown rice milk (made in house), sunflower oil, molasses, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, psyllium husk, sunflower lecithin, coffee powder (less than 1%), salt

couverture dark chocolate, gluten free flour (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flour), fresh avocados, rice bran oil, organic brown rice milk (made in house), molasses, cocoa powder, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, psyllium husk, coffee powder (less than 1% for regular cake versions only), salt

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in the fridge (below 4°C) and consume within 5 days. Please do not freeze the cake.
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS:
For the best experience, we recommend serving the cake chilled. Kindly note that the recipe for this cake is slightly different (i.e. firmer and drier) than our usual mousse cake versions as it is made to withstand being out for 4-5 hours in aircon temperatures safely.
