Our delicious chocolate cake hides a special secret – we use psyllium husk instead of processed sugar and eggs, and avocados instead of butter. Take a single bite and you will be convinced.
With every bite, you get a mouthful of amazingly rich, light, and fluffy chocolate cake with a smooth and creamy finish. A whole sponge cupcake filled full with molten dark chocolate centre, covered with dark chocolate ganache, sprinkled with real edible gold flakes and Moroccan rosebuds.

Dark Chocolate Cupcakes x 3
Size of Cupcake: 7cm in diameter
couverture dark chocolate, gluten free flour (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flour), fresh avocados, rice bran oil, organic brown rice milk (made in house), molasses, cocoa powder, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, psyllium husk, coffee powder (less than 1% for regular cake versions only), salt
Store in Fridge (0°C- 4°C) and consume within 5 days or store in Freezer (-12°C & below) and consume within 3 months
For the best experience, we recommend allow the cakes to come to room temperature before serving. You may also warm the cakes for a molten serve as per instructions below:
Microwave the frozen cupcake 1 minute on High OR 20 – 30 seconds on High till middle of cake is soft
Oven / Air Fryer
Put frozen cupcake for 3 – 4 minutes in oven or air fryer till middle of cake is soft.
