Using the same concoction of rice and coconut cream, this luscious smooth whipped chocolate mousse is layered over a rich chocolate sponge, on top of a crunchy rich chocolate base layer. These delectable, airy, small cubic dark chocolate cakes are given a generous topping of silky-smooth dark chocolate ganache and a liberal sprinkling of real edible gold flakes and Moroccan rosebuds to finish.
Size of Cake: 1.5” x 1.5”
INGREDIENTS for Chocolat:
fresh avocados, Callebaut NXT dark chocolate, organic brown rice milk (made in house), psyllium husk, molasses, cocoa powder, gluten free flours (corn, potato, rice and tapioca flours), rice bran oil, coconut milk, white cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder, coffee powder (less than 1%), rice plant-based butter, raw sugar
Store in Fridge (below 4°C) and consume within 5 days. Please do not freeze the cake.
For the best experience, we recommend serving the cake chilled.
